*MAJOR SHIPPING UPDATE*
As of 12/17/23, we are offering UPS Ground HazMat shipping. This is currently still under testing on average shipping times. Due to USPS having major delivery problems, and unrealistic extended lead times. We expect UPS to have much faster, and a more reliable service that we would like to offer our customers. Please bare with us during this first month of trials with UPS services, and please note current USPS services are dealing with a major backup within Texas!
FOR CANADA:
We can now ship to Canada! This option does require you as the customer to cover the import and customs fees. This will all be done via the UPS website, and we have no affiliation with UPS on this process. Simply use your tracking number!
Shipping to Canada can only be done via UPS Ground, this can take anywhere from 5-15 business days. Typically, 5-7 is the normal expectation. Customs and import fees vary by product value and components, and a good basis is 23.5% of the order value. (Yes, we know, these fees are ridiculously high and there is nothing we can do). As with all of our products and their hazardous materials labeling, we do NOT accept returns. There are no exceptions to this, please verify with us prior to ordering if you are unsure what OEMExtinguishers kit is needed!
As of 12/20/23, we have been experiencing extended shipping times with USPS. Current averages for our packages are about 10 days and UP TO 18 days. Shipping times may exceed the advertised 5-8 business days during these times due to the HAZMAT shipping regulations. You may experience a period of no scans from USPS’s tracking system. Do not be alarmed by this, your package is still enroute and will reach you safely.
